ABOUT
Mo Scott is from Stockport, Greater Manchester, but has lived in the small town of Beeston, Nottinghamshire for over twenty years. She has worked as an early years teacher specialising in art, and as a business woman. Chair and founder member of the Kith Artist Collective, also Chair of the Spotted Dog Art Group, (a local Nottingham group with monthly workshops with professional artist tutors, for all abilities).
Mo has exhibited in group shows at the Nottingham Society of Arts Gallery (every year), Surface Gallery, Beeston Library, Beeston Heritage Centre 2023; Broadway Gallery Nottingham 2022/2021. As an Associate Member of Backlit Gallery & Studios Nottingham exhibited 2015,2016,2017,2018,2019. Taking the exhibition on tour to Club Solo Gallery in Breda, Netherlands, and also exhibiting twice at Tate Modern, London. Residency at the University of Nottingham 2015/16, University of Nottingham Djanogly Gallery 2016/2013, Nottingham Trent University Bonington Gallery 2015, Cedric Ford Art Prize, John Lewis 2012.
